Austin Oaks- Founder

Born in Colorado and raised on a small cattle ranch east of Parker, Colorado, Austin learned early on that a man's work is only as good as his word. He grew up with a "fix-it-first" mentality. On a ranch, there is no calling for help when a gate breaks or the dirt needs moving- you learn by doing. It was here that he developed a specialized passion: raising and training professional bucking bulls. Managing these elite athletes required a level of patience, precision, and an eye for detail that most people never have to develop. Over the years, he has proven mastery in landscaping, dirt work, custom flooring, and precision fabrication and welding.

Before moving into large-scale ranch management, Austin served his community as a Firefighter, In the fire service, he refined the qualities that now define his business: absolute reliability, calm under pressure, and the understanding that when you do a job, you do it right the first time because people are counting on you.

Most recently, Austin managed operations on a 26,000-acre cattle ranch. Overseeing a landscape of that magnitude meant mastering the art of the ranch work at the highest level. From the grit required for daily cattle operations to the resourcefulness needed to maintain miles of infrastructure, this role was his final chapter before opening his own business. It solidified his "boots-on-the-ground" work ethic and his ability to manage complex, large-scale tasks with total independence.

While his hands were busy with ranch work, his heart was in the art of remodel. After purchasing his first home, he personally remodeled it entirely. In this process, he discovered a unique gift: The Vision. He realized he could walk into a dated or broken space and instantly "see" the finished product in his mind. He doesn't just see a project; he sees the potential for a custom-built sanctuary.

Today, as a father of four, Austin understands that your home is where your life happens and your time is your most valuable asset. He blends a ranch-bred work ethic and a firefighter's integrity and a designer's eye.
